ARGH.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Damn that hankering for macaroni and cheese.&lt;br /&gt;And my incompetence as any sort of chef.&lt;br /&gt;GODDAMN.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sigh. =\&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Back on track tomorrow...&lt;br /&gt;I've got a new little notepad, and I'll start physically &lt;b&gt;writing&lt;/b&gt; down my intake.&lt;br /&gt;Meh.</content>

So my only options were from the Cafe and the vending machine... I chose turkey on a wheat wrap, but it had a ton of cheese and this herb mayonnaise. I took off what I could, but still. I counted it as about 8 because that's what the Subway Atkins turkey &amp; ham wrap is...     <content type="html">As we speak, my very Italian family is gathering for the very last meal of the holidays.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bwaha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We are SO INTO FOOD.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So the last entry wouldn't have ended well, had I finished it... I ate crazy amounts of food (or what felt like it anyway) at the restaurant and then was sick. ...Probably not totally related to the food, just in general. I didn't eat much that day other than what we had out, so I guess it was somewhat acceptable. ;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's funny how &lt;b&gt;not&lt;/b&gt; guilty I feel about eating so much this week... I think it's really because I haven't seen much of a difference on the scale. I weigh myself ALL the time, for this precise reason - I mean, I'm going into Nutrition as a career, I feel like it's my responsibility to always know what foods can affect my weight and how. It also eases my mind, I'm not gonna lie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was telling my boyfriend about this report I'd heard... That the main reason between thin kids and overweight kids is that, while they all may eat badly together, the thin kids tend to eat less later, to compensate, even doing it subconsciously, while the overweight kids eat normally, if not more. Simple enough concept, but it's still interesting to think about.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I try to have the mentally of a "thin kid"... Even though I never was. HA.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here's to tracking tomorrow..!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Happy New Year.  :)</content>

'Cos I never came back to this yesterday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I didn't eat much... It went something like:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Breakfast:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 1/2c. orange juice [3]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Lunch: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 8oz. of raspberry smoothie made with nonfat yogurt, mall-style&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Snack: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- tall mocha light frap with a shot of peppermint [3]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Dinner: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- leftover Christmas roast, 5oz? &amp; veggies&lt;br /&gt;- 3/4c. homemade mashed potatoes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;"Snack":&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- one of mom's mini cheesecake cupcakes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;...And a piece of chocolate later on.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That's awful. Weight Watchers? What's that..? It's funny though, because I haven't gained any weight, or even felt especially gross... No cakes or pies for me, but cookies? Hell yes. I love cookies. And my boyfriend's mom makes these amazing "PMS Cookies" that are chocolatey, salty, and buttery all at the same time.
