Seriously, I'm not even going to lie...

I've been eating like a dumbass for the past couple of days.

I don't know why I do this to myself.
I CAN'T EAT LIKE THIS ANYMORE, my poor stomach is no longer used to crappy foods.
I get sick. ARGH.

Damn that hankering for macaroni and cheese.
And my incompetence as any sort of chef.
GODDAMN.

Sigh. =\

Back on track tomorrow...
I've got a new little notepad, and I'll start physically writing down my intake.

  • Freaking Subway had closed by the time I'd been able to go on break... So my only options were from the Cafe and the vending machine... I chose turkey on a wheat wrap, but it had a ton of cheese and this herb mayonnaise. I took off what I could, but still. I counted it as about 8 because that's what the Subway Atkins turkey & ham wrap is... I figure it's generally comparable, but I have no way to tell. :( Crippity crap.
